Okan Atlan received his Master’s Degree in Economics from the City  University of New York in 1993. Upon graduation, Mr. Atlan began his career as  an independent trader, investing in derivatives and short and long term  publicly traded equity positions.

Mr. Atlan has generated a 20% annual rate of return by using his solid  theoretical base knowledge of equity and derivative markets, use of computer  software, web platforms and his ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations  in futures and options trading. He brings an uncommon energy, enthusiasm  and ability to handle high stress situations and resolves issues with a positive  outcome.

Berk Uziyel is a successful entrepreneur with significant experience managing a large  portfolio of international media companies. Mr. Uziyel received a Bachelor of Arts  degree in Business Administration from Babson College in Boston.

 

In 2002 he joined the Eftaş team as Sales and Operation Director, where he was  responsible for the distribution of the Konica Minolta, Kodak, Olympus and Oblio  brands.

 

In 2010 he joined SPI International B.V. as Director of New Media and Managing  Director of Filmbox International Ltd. and Mediabox Broadcasting International Ltd.

 

In 2014 he joined the Management Board of Kino Polska TV S.A.

 

In 2016 he joined  the Supervisory Board of Stopklatka S.A. and in September 2018 he  became a member of the Management Board of Stopklatka S.A.

Katarzyna Woźnicka graduated from Kozminski University in Warsaw in 2001,  where she received her Master’s Degree in Finance and  Accounting. Since  2009 she has been a member of ACCA, and since 2014 of FCCA. From 2001 to  2003 she acted as Administration Manager at the Advertising Office of  Prószyński S.A./Agora S.A. From 2003 to 2006 she was an Analyst with Agora

S.A. She acted as the Financial Controller in 2006 and 2007.

From 2007 to 2014 she was with Lexis Nexis Polska Sp. z o.o. first as Finance  Manager, then Finance Director/Member of the Management Board. From  2014 and 201 Katarzyna Woźnicka worked for Kino Polska TV S.A. as Finance  Director. Since 2016 she has been a Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.  From 2014 until June 13, 2018  she was Finance Director of Stopklatka S.A.  Since  June 14, 2018 Katarzyna Woźnicka is a Member of the Supervisory Board  of Stopklatka S.A. Since 2016 she has been CFO of SPI International Group.

Loni Farhi has been creating and running businesses since 1972, focusing on  investment, real estate andentertainment. He started with his families textile  businessin 1972 through 1985 starting as Sales Manager, then as Production  Manager, and since 1976 as General Manager. He became a partner at ANS  International from 1987 to 1990 as a first step into the US market. His  concentration was in advertising and production in the New York market.

Loni established SPI International in 1991 as a content sales company and grew it  into a successful diversified business with channel distribution, digital, free tv  stationsand more. Loni Farhi has been actively involved in real estate since 1995.  He is heavily involved in short and long  term rentals in South Florida. He has  been a successful stock market investor since 1997 using trade and long term  investment strategies to build his portfolio.

Inc. since 1990. Chairman of Kino Polska Supervisory Board  since 25 August 2010,  and the Chairman of Stopklatka Supervisory Board since 14 July 2018.

Loni Farhi is a voting member of the British Academy of Film and Television-East  Coast. Loni Farhi has been awarded the “Legion of Honour”, the highest order of  merit, which was presented to him by the French Prime Minister.
